Information we process
We process your name, email, telephone number, shipping and billing address, order details, personalization, payment status, and support messages to fulfil purchases, deliver goods, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet recordkeeping obligations. Security services also process IP addresses and request logs.
Providers and sharing
Stripe handles payment details on its hosted checkout; we do not store full card numbers. Cloudflare hosts and secures the store. o2switch delivers email. Fulfilment providers and carriers receive the information necessary to prepare and deliver orders. Product images load from Shopify's CDN and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive connection information such as your IP address. Data may be processed in the UK, US and other countries where our providers operate.
Storage and cookies
Your bag is stored in browser local storage. A necessary secure cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Login codes expire after ten minutes. We retain order and support records as necessary for fulfilment, disputes, fraud prevention and legal accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
Your choices
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify your identity and retain information we must keep for legal obligations. You can sign out and clear your browser storage at any time. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on this storefront. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the operation of essential checkout and security services.
